Guests scan, order, or wave you over
They read the menu on their own phone and send the order straight to your console — tagged with their table. The same tap calls the waiter or asks for the check.
Your team runs it
The kitchen works orders off a real display, item by item. The waiter sees the floor plan and answers table requests. Everyone signs in with their own role — nothing more than their job needs.
You get paid
Online payments land in your own Stripe account. We take 2% of orders paid online — capped at $150/month — plus processing fees, and nothing at all on orders settled at the counter.

Questions
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Scanning the code opens your menu in whatever browser their phone already has. They don't create an account either.
What exactly does the 2% cover?
It's our platform commission — processing fees are separate, charged by Stripe on top. The 2% is also capped at $150/month per restaurant: once you hit that in a calendar month, we stop taking our cut for the rest of the month and you just pay processing fees.
Do I pay on cash orders?
No. The fee applies only to orders your guests pay for online through the menu. If someone orders at the table and settles at the counter, that order costs you nothing.
Whose payment account is used?
Yours. You connect your own Stripe account and payouts go straight to it on your own schedule. We take our share at the moment of the sale rather than invoicing you later.
Can I use it as just a digital menu?
Yes. Turn off online payment and it becomes a QR menu with an order pad — guests still send orders to your console, they just pay you however you already take payment.
What does the kitchen display actually do?
Install it on a tablet by the line and pair it to your restaurant. Orders bump item by item as they're made, the kitchen can refuse a dish with a reason, and you can close the whole station when you're out of something or done for the night.
Can my staff have different access?
Yes. Invite a manager, cashier, waiter, chef or cook — each lands on exactly the screen their job needs (the dashboard, the waiter app, or the kitchen display) and can only do what that role allows.
Can I put the menu on my own domain?
Yes, from the White label tab — your QR menu and pages serve from a domain you own instead of stackedpixels.com.
What if I have more than one location?
Your first restaurant is free. Additional locations are available on the Pro and Agency plans on the main StackedPixels site.
