Print a QR code for each table. Guests scan it, browse your menu, order, or call the waiter — no app to download, no account to create. It lands on a live floor plan, a kitchen display, and whichever of your staff is working that section. Pickup, preorders and delivery run off the same menu.
No monthly fee. No setup fee. Only 2% (capped at $150/month) + processing fees.
Generate and print a code for every table in the room. The order arrives tagged with the table number, so you know where to take it.
The menu opens in the guest's browser. No app store, no sign-up, no waiting — they scan and they're reading your menu.
Categories, items, prices, photos and notes. Reorder by dragging. Changes are live the moment you save — no reprinting anything.
New orders appear as they're placed. Move them through preparing and served, and check the history and earnings from the same screen.
Lay your tables out the way the room is actually shaped. Every table shows its live status — empty, new order, preparing, ready — right where it sits.
A tap from the menu brings the waiter, the check, or just help — straight to your console and the waiter screen, no flagging someone down.
Install it on a tablet by the line. Orders bump item by item, the kitchen can refuse a dish with a reason, and the whole station can be closed when you're out of something.
Invite a manager, cashier, waiter, chef or cook. Each one lands on the screen their job needs — the waiter app, the kitchen display, or the dashboard — and nothing else.
Guests can rate and leave a note after ordering. You choose what shows on the menu — a rating never appears unless you've let it through.
Connect your Stripe account and guests can pay from their phone. Money goes to your account, not ours. Or keep taking payment at the counter.
Accept orders at the table, or turn off online payment and use it purely as a digital menu with an order pad attached.
Put the menu and QR pages on a domain you own instead of stackedpixels.com, with your own branding on it.
Paste a link or upload a PDF or a photo of the menu you already have — in English, Arabic, Spanish or French. You review everything before it goes live. Your first imports are free.
Take online orders for pickup, or deliver with your own drivers. Set your delivery area, minimum order and fee, then mark orders out for delivery and delivered — customers get an email at each step.
Publish a holiday menu weeks ahead. Customers choose a date and a pickup time, you decide how many orders each slot takes, and a full slot closes itself. Your regular menu keeps running.
Breakfast, lunch, catering, a holiday menu — each on its own link and QR code, built from the same items, with its own hours and, if you like, its own prices.
Sales, your busiest hours, which channels bring orders, top items, menu visits and scans per table — on one analytics page.
Choose colors or a gradient, dot and corner styles, a frame and your logo for the QR codes you print.
Add categories and items with prices and photos — or import the menu you already have from a link, PDF or photo. It takes an afternoon for a normal menu, and edits after that are instant.
Tell us how many tables you have and get a QR code for each one. Print them, stand them on the tables, done.
They read the menu on their own phone and send the order straight to your console — tagged with their table. The same tap calls the waiter or asks for the check.
The kitchen works orders off a real display, item by item. The waiter sees the floor plan and answers table requests. Everyone signs in with their own role — nothing more than their job needs.
Online payments land in your own Stripe account. We take 2% of orders paid online — capped at $150/month — plus processing fees, and nothing at all on orders settled at the counter.
There is no plan to pick and no card to enter to get started. What StackedTables charges is a share of the orders your guests pay for online. The only extras are ones you choose, like additional locations.
Only 2% per online order, capped at $150/month — after that, it's just processing fees for the rest of the month.
No. Scanning the code opens your menu in whatever browser their phone already has. They don't create an account either.
It's our platform commission. Card processing is separate and charged on top — Stripe's rate plus a small platform margin, about 3.1% + 30¢ per online order. The 2% is capped at $150/month per restaurant: once you hit that in a calendar month, we stop taking our cut for the rest of the month and you just pay processing fees.
No. The fee applies only to orders your guests pay for online through the menu. If someone orders at the table and settles at the counter, that order costs you nothing.
Yours. You connect your own Stripe account and payouts go straight to it on your own schedule. We take our share at the moment of the sale rather than invoicing you later.
Yes. Turn off online payment and it becomes a QR menu with an order pad — guests still send orders to your console, they just pay you however you already take payment.
Install it on a tablet by the line and pair it to your restaurant. Orders bump item by item as they're made, the kitchen can refuse a dish with a reason, and you can close the whole station when you're out of something or done for the night.
Yes. Invite a manager, cashier, waiter, chef or cook — each lands on exactly the screen their job needs (the dashboard, the waiter app, or the kitchen display) and can only do what that role allows.
Yes, from the White label tab — your QR menu and pages serve from a domain you own instead of stackedpixels.com.
Yes. Turn on pickup, delivery or both in Settings. Guests order and pay online; you set the delivery area, minimum order and fee. For delivery you use your own drivers for now — mark the order out for delivery and delivered, and the customer is emailed as it moves. Courier delivery through a delivery partner is coming later.
Yes. Publish a separate preorder menu, choose the pickup dates and hours (or add the exact time slots yourself), set how many orders each slot takes and an order deadline. Guests pick a date and time, and a full slot closes automatically. Your regular menu is untouched.
Yes. Paste a link to your menu or upload a PDF or photo, and it's read into items and prices that you check and edit before publishing. English, Arabic, Spanish and French menus work. Your first imports are free; more are available when you need them.
Your first restaurant is included. Each additional location is $40/month, added from your dashboard.
